Returns and Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order. We will gladly address concerns related to defective or damaged items. Please follow our return policy guidelines:

  1. Reporting Damage: If the item received is damaged, we kindly ask that you promptly notify us by sending an email with a clear picture of the defective item, clearly indicating the defect. This email should be sent within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

  2. Evaluation and Response: Once we receive your email, our team will promptly assess the damage. We will respond to your email within 48 business hours with a return confirmation number, indicating whether you are eligible for an exchange.

  3. Return Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and include all its original tags.

  4. Return Costs: Please note that return shipping costs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Exchange Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item and determining its eligibility for an exchange, we will initiate the exchange process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item is shipped.

  6. No Order Changes: Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order.

Instructions for Returning Defective Items

Upon receiving a confirmation email for the exchange, we will provide you with an address for returning the defective item.

Order Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. In the rare event that we are forced to refund a canceled order or item, processing fees of at least 52% will be retained.
